How we handle your information
This policy follows what the site actually does — including what it does not do.
There is exactly one way this website receives your personal information: you submit the contact form yourself. This page sets out what we actually receive, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.
1. What we collect
- Name
- How you would like to be addressed. Used only to address you in our replies.
- Company
- Optional. To understand your business context.
- Phone
- For business communication, used only when you ask us to get in touch.
- To send your workspace details and reply to you.
- Focus
- Optional. The area you told us you are interested in.
- Requirements
- What you wrote. We read each one to prepare a reply.
- Submit page & referrer (automatic)
- Which page you submitted from, the referring page, and any utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign campaign parameters in the URL. Used to see which pages actually generate enquiries. No identity is involved.
2. What we do not collect
This section is longer than the first one, because what you do not collect is usually harder to verify.
- IP address
- Never persisted. It is read once for anti-spam rate limiting, held only in the service's memory and discarded on restart.
- Cookies & local storage
- This site sets no cookies and uses no localStorage or sessionStorage. The language switch works through URL paths.
- Third-party analytics or ad scripts
- No analytics, ad pixels or external fonts. The page loads no resources from any third-party server, so no visitor information is forwarded to anyone outside us.
- Identity documents & sensitive data
- We do not collect ID numbers, bank accounts, biometrics or any other sensitive personal information.
3. Why we collect it
You submit the form so we can set up your workspace or answer your question. That gives us three purposes and no others: assessing what you need, replying to your enquiry, and provisioning your account once you have an invite. Nothing else — no marketing, no selling, no trading.
Our legal basis is Article 13 of the PRC Personal Information Protection Law: your consent. Pressing submit is your consent.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are currently kept on a long-term basis — how long depends on the business relationship, which is when they stop being necessary. Our logs contain no name or phone number, only a non-reversible reference id.
5. Who can see it
Employees of Qinhuangdao Donjian Cultural Development Co., Ltd. **who need to handle customer enquiries**. This is not company-wide by default — only people who need to follow up on sales or technical matters can open these records.
6. Third parties
So that the right colleagues see new enquiries promptly, we use a **WeCom (企业微信)** group bot to push each new enquiry into our internal work group.
That means members of that group will see the name, phone, email and requirements you submitted. We therefore restrict that group to members who genuinely handle enquiries, and use it for nothing else. If you would rather we did not pass your details this way, say so in the form and we will contact you by email individually instead.
Beyond that, no other third party processes your information — no analytics providers, no advertisers, no cloud vendor acting on our behalf.
7. Cross-border transfers
None. Form data from this site stays in mainland China and is never transferred abroad.
8. Your rights
- Access and copy
- Write to us with enough detail to identify you and we will tell you what we hold.
- Correct
- If anything is wrong, write to us and we will correct it.
- Delete
- Write to us and we will action it. Note that we currently keep enquiry records on a long-term basis, so deletion requests are logged and handled internally. If you would prefer a shorter retention period or no retention at all, tell us — this is a policy we can change.
- Withdraw consent
- At any time. Once withdrawn we will no longer contact you about that enquiry.
- Complain
- Write to our email address, or use the MIIT ICP filing lookup to find our registered entity and raise it with the relevant authority.
For any of the above, send one email to hi@djwhfz.cn and that is enough.
9. Minors
This site is for business customers. It is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, write to us and we will delete it immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
If our purposes or the scope of collection changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, the note under the form changes too.
